Describe the bug

I received mission 1 from the intercom (to get the robot's recorder). I returned the recorder, and then said "Glad to help?" and the intercom's response was "Don't you have a mission to do?" which I don't think is the correct response at that point.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Complete mission 1 from the intercom by returning the recorder.
  2. After completing, respond with "Glad to help."

Expected behavior

Not being asked "Don't you have a mission to do?"

Additional context

I wonder if this state change could possibly be related to #38325? I doubt it, but may be worth bearing in mind if this isn't just a content issue?
