look at * construction menu and build windows

Expected behavior

15 planks or 15 planks of 2x4 or 15 planks of 2 by 4

There's nothing wrong here.

You need 15 planks, but you have only two within range. Hence, "15 of 2" in red.

If you had 16 planks, it would read "15 of 16" and be in green.

Note that nails is in red and reads "30 of 4" because you have only four within range.
