Linux driver for the Edimax EW-7711MAC micro USB WiFi dongle.

This is based on the mt7610u wifi sta v3002 dpo 2013-09-16 drivers supplied by MediaTek Inc, and Edimax also supplied this driver without any modification. This version has been fixed up to work with later kernels including 64bit versions, and enable 802.11a / 802.11n / 802.11ac on the 5GHz band over all channels, it has been tested with 3.14.14 and 3.16.5 on a 64bit platform.
