GitHub just announced breaking change to actions running on macOS by moving them to Catalina. Unfortunately, that breaks our Safari workaround, so, this PR disables it.
Also updating snapshots for macOS based runs.
On the positive side this PR adding recently introduced dependencies caching feature, so, everything runs faster now.
