Dengan membandingkan gambar di atas dengan gambar berikut Anda bisa lihat korelasi dengan Sistem DNA dimana Sistem-23 yaitu dobel helix tetap bergerak sama sedangkan di sentralnya berkembang Skema-34 menjadi RNA Primer.

Model of the E. coli replication fork: Helicase, primase, and two molecules of DNA polymerase III carry out coordinated synthesis of both the leading and lagging strands of DNA. The lagging strand template is folded so that the polymerase responsible for lagging strand synthesis moves in the same direction as overall movement of the fork. Topoisomerase acts as a swivel ahead of the fork, and DNA polymerase I and ligase remove RNA primers and join Okazaki fragments behind the fork.

Dengan kumpulan algoritma² yang saya kemukakan di atas saya sampai pada kesimpulan bahwa skema dari angka 139 ini terdistribusi via tiga (3) angka² yang membentuknya yaitu: 1, 3, dan 9:

Dengan demikian skema besar yang ingin dia capai adalah skema ke bentuk semula dari True Prime Pairs via transformasi dari angka enam (6) ke satu (1) dan sembilan (9).

Pasangan mirror 38 dan 83 ini ternyata punya hubungan sangat unik:

Namun yang signifikan adalah bahwasanya 83 merupakan bilangan prima ke duapuluh tiga (23) sehingga menggenapi formasi angka 2 dan 3 pada angka 38.

Dengan mengambil siklus pada Sistem DNA maka pada zona antara pasangan (3,5) dan (5,7) ini siklus kehidupan mulai melakukan replikasi yang dikenal dengan istilah Replication Fork.
