Fix broken search facets
This addresses bug introduced with Search API (search_api) 7.x-1.27 -> 7.x-1.28 in v1.39.1 release.
ELMCIP and CELL v1.39 released
This release introduce, support for https://the-next.eliterature.org/ entries. We have have improved the ORCID validation and URL generated in persons records. The new header and footer enabled us to increase the site font sizes without running out of space. It should improve the readability in general but also for visual impaired and users on small screens. Stub records should look better by us introducing a "sticky footer". This stops this section from floating up into the content.
Search page have been improved. We have reduced the amount of facet filters exposed when you first enter https://elmcip.net/search - When the user select a record type we expose the active facet filters for the record type selected.

v1.38: CELL related repo now public, changing to https
Finally a version that also introduces changes to the site design. We are brightening up site, dropping most of the old colours that have been part of ELMCIP for the last 7 years. We improve the general accessibility by increasing the contrasts and legibility. The header visual footprint is also reduced allowing more screen real estate to be available for the electronic literature entries.
The rest of new site design will be introduced in the Drupal 9 version coming soon. Design work is was done by the wonderful Lucila Mayol.

Scald removed in the previous verstion leaving video transcoding support and audio file magic behind. It has no also been removed, no longer needed. All rendered by the Media and File entity modules.
