Flame Calculation Best Practices

General advice at this point is:

• If you aren't using the current version of Cantera (2.4.0), upgrade
• If you are, make sure you're using the auto option to the solve() function
• If you're solving a freely propagating flame, make sure the domain is significantly wider than the flame thickness
