Describe the bug

Performing a regression on the Cacti user level setting "Hide Disabled Devices" does not appear to be fully functional. Graphs from the device appear as broken graphs, and when you search the devices using the Device Callback, those devices appear as well.

See the following bug for more details:

#4608

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Disable some devices in Cacti

  2. Ensure some of that Devices Graphs are on a Tree

  3. Attempt goto that Tree and notice the Graphs now appear as broken Graphs

  4. From the Graph Preview Setting, search for the same Device by it's description.

  5. Note that that Device still appears in the callback.

Expected behavior

Less Cacti bugs.
