Just saw this PR. Wanted to tell that normal PCs having a broadcom wifi adapter also need iwd.

Just saw this PR. Wanted to tell that normal PCs having a broadcom wifi adapter also need iwd.

We can of course make this part of cachyos-settings, as we already did with system-resolved, but we need to weigh whether this will have negative consequences in the case of other drivers.

ok, but still need the firmware to be installed manually by the user

Firmware is a separate thing, yes it will need to be installed. iwd is just a backend, needed by any PC using wifi.
