Move Wayland default setting for SDDM to /usr #6

This allows to override config file by creating some stub in /etc. That's needed on the chwd side when installing nvidia-390xx and nvidia-470xx, as this seems to break those installations for KDE users: https://discuss.cachyos.org/t/black-screen-after-fresh-install-on-old-asus-laptop/6240/25

After this change wayland is no longer default for sddm. Could a stub be added to symlink the wayland default? All the user would have to do is comment it out (or chwd could when detected).

Thanks for the report, should be fixed in 4.7.
