@aekiss Could you have a quick look at this? Lots of small changes... I've checked that both MOM6-CICE6 and MOM6-CICE6-WW3 configurations give identical results with the corresponding CESM build. Also, note that this is going to be merged in the new |

With these changes one is able to obtain bitwise identical results than with CESM.
