First release of Solvers-PTMap
Post-translational modifications play a very important role in multiple diseases.
In order to improve its identification and quantification, several tools have been developed in this work: FDRFilterer, DM0Solver, TrunkSolver, PDMTablemaker, SiteSolver and Sticker.
