Timer start/stop calls for column, ridge, sw did not match, and the ponds and catconv timers are currently commented out in Icepack.

If not, does the documentation need to be updated separately? (Y/N) We could add a note that if the block timer functionality is used, it must be included in both start and stop calls.

I commented out the ponds and catconv timers in ice_timers.F90 so that they wouldn't print at all. We do not currently have a way to utilize timers in Icepack.
