How can I set the request base path?

So when I try to make requests via swagger, it uses the base URL the GlobalConfiguration, but the rest of the URL is the downStream URL and not the upstream URL.

{ "GlobalConfiguration": { "BaseUrl": "https://localhost:7203/" } }

Note: I'm using: "TransformByOcelotConfig": false, because If I set it as true, my downStream swagger isn't loaded. By setting as false the Transform logic doesn't run and the paths aren't converting from downStream to upStream (I know :P)
Does anyone knows how can I set the base request bath for requests using swagger page?

problem solved:
I fixed this by changing the {catchAll} to {everything} on ocelot json files
and also now I can use "TransformByOcelotConfig": true
