Update Audit Template examples

This pull request updates the following example files:

1. New York City multi-building property (examples/AT_example_NYC_audit_report_property.xml)
2. San Francisco building (examples/AT_example_SF_audit_report.xml)

"Inputs for nearly all fields have been entered, including most yes/no fields set to 'yes'. Input data entered may not necessarily be considered reflective of a typical building."

The updated example files may be used to develop against the Audit Template API.
