BI-1583

Updated URLs for the import templates for germplasm, ontology, and experiments.

Testing

GERMPLASM TEMPLATE

1. Navigate to the Import file screen
2. Click on the "germplasm" tab.
3. Click on the "Download the Germplasm Import Template" button
4. Inspect the downloaded xls file.

EXPECTED RESULT
the last sheet in the workbook should be titled "Data"

ONTOLOGY TEMPLATE

1. Navigate to the Import file screen
2. Click on the "Ontology" tab.
3. Click on the "Download the Ontology Import Template" button
4. Inspect the downloaded xls file.

EXPECTED RESULT
the second sheet in the workbook should be titled "Data"

EXPERIMENT & OBSERVATION TEMPLATE

1. Navigate to the Import file screen
2. Click on the "Experiment & Observation" tab.
3. Click on the "Download the Experiment & Observation Import Template" button
4. Inspect the downloaded xls file.
