Visual Studio Code supports a Markdown Linter https://github.com/DavidAnson/markdownlint that is pretty nice. As an enhancement, I think it would be beneficial if this sort of integration was possible.

How do you disable the linter in the latest release? It's wrong and very annoying

The linter is terrible in this release, it needs to be turned off.

Once implemented, you can turn it off below.
