Cleanup by dealing with the following packages, and fixing the associated fallout:

• asciitoh5 is dead
• morpho-kit is dead
• py-bglibpy is now py-bluecellulab
• spatial-index is now py-brain-indexer
• spykfunc is now py-functionalizer
• py-tess is an obsolete mirror
