The Jack-in/Connect Project Type menu is not always fully populated on first use

On Slack it was reported that a user has a consistent behaviour like so:

On the first connect attempt, the Project Type quick-pick menu is not fully populated. Only the non-dynamic project/repl types are there (Generic, Babashka, Joyride, some more). The dynamic options, that depend on what files we find in the project root (deps.edn, shadow-cljs, etc) are not present.

Pressing escape and attempting to connect again, the dynamic project types are correctly populated.
