Calva bundles and uses deps.clj in order to support the Getting Started REPL and also for Windows users, since the clojure command line tool can be a bit of a hassle to get working there.

To make REPL Jack-in a bit more predictable across platforms and uses, and to remove the step of installing clojure entirely to get started with Calva, we should consider defaulting to deps.clj.
