  1. Fix duplicate declaration of grm, update grb<*>

    Consolidates the `git rebase` aliases thus fixing the unintended overloading of `grm`.
    `gdel` is outphased as an unclear, non-intuitive sibling of `gbD` (git branch --delete --force).
