Allow individual Limits Monitor items to be removed (not ignored)

If you're running Limits Monitor over time and an item has gone out of limits and then recovered you may want to simply remove that item from the display. This can currently be accomplished by resetting the entire display but that isn't intuitive and loses all other items which are not currently out of limits. You can also ignore the item and then immediately go remove it from the ignored list but this is cumbersome.
