Uploaded CSV files containing income-restricted housing data for the years 2018, 2020, 2021, and 2022. These datasets will be used for analysis and comparison of trends over the specified years.
Added Jupyter Notebook for analysis of the uploaded datasets.
Created a base file that contains only projected that can be verified to be in D7
