Hopsital Universitario Araba has been included in the list of hospitals of the file
laboratory_address.json. This seems to be the same as Hospital Universitario Txagorritxu and thi institution may have been renamed or even both names may be in use. I have corrected thegeo_loc_regionandgeo_loc_cityfor this last one, as Gasteiz was wrongly added as city and Alava as region.
