  • Switch to using rest instead of cli for querying work items
    as cli is limited to 1000 items only.
  • Fix issues with Generated fields not being set.
  • Correctly sort older workitems by version instead of string.

Changes ported from https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk/commits/main/eng/common/scripts/Helpers/DevOps-WorkItem-Helpers.ps1

The following pipelines have been queued for testing:
java - template
java - template - tests
js - template
net - template
net - template - tests
python - template
python - template - tests
You can sign off on the approval gate to test the release stage of each pipeline.
