ARM reviewers and @rkmanda , we revert "package-composite-v5" for downstream SDK client generation.

It was charged to "package-preview-2023-05" by mistake. Thus, all the Avacado failed pipelines could be ignored.

At the same time, all the failed messages in "Swagger SDK Breaking Change Tracking failed" should be ignored.
