Replace the legacy RecoverableDatabases with the latest version: 2022-08-01-preview in V5 SDK tag.
The recoverable DB operations are the only ones in backups_legacy.json; We use the latest recoverableDB spec to replace the legacy one. Thus, the following UNREFERENCED_JSON_FILE avocado errors are expected.
