Description
Added delegation SAS-based authentication and deprecated account key SAS-based authentication to comply with SFI guidelines.
Updated Azure Storage Account target and Azure Storage plugin for XPIA to confirm delegation SAS-based authentication and recreated demo notebooks.
Updated Blob download Semantic Kernel plugin to async for consistency with our architecture and efficiency in downloading blobs asynchronously.
