bug: Fix invalid allowed value for hubRoutingPreference

Fixes #780

This PR fixes/adds/changes/removes

1. Corrects invalid allowed value for hubRoutingPreference from ASN to ASPath

Breaking Changes

1. Parameter allowed value has been changed. However, the previous allowed value resulted in a failed deployment to begin with.
