Add support for new Azure Regions

Overview/Summary

Closes AB#31361

Added following regions:

• Italy North (new)
• Poland Central (new)
• Israel Central (new)
• Germany Central (not in all files)
• Germany Northeast (not in all files)

Looks like a lot of changes to the accelerator config file, but this is because I have set the indents consistently as per this repo's standard of 2 spaces. (just hide the whitespace to cut out the noise)

This PR fixes/adds/changes/removes

1. Adds regions as above to accelerator and modules support
