Wiki: fix Accelerator Azdevops instructions

A small correction in the wiki page for the accelerator

This PR fixes/adds/changes/removes

1. It corrects the path name from .azdevops/workflows to .azdevops/pipelines in the Accelerator wiki page regarding the instructions for AzDevOps
