Overview/Summary

The parameter parLandingZoneMgChildren was described as an object but its correct type is array (of strings). The table which describes all parameters in the README file was corrected, the example in Bicep format was fixed, and the Description of the parameter in the mgDiagSettingsAll.bicep file was also changed to reflect it is an array type.

This PR fixes/adds/changes/removes
