Just had issues building locally with the Avalonia.BuildServices.targets file when I tried to build a created app with preview8, was chatting with @timunie about it, he says the team will look into it. Don't know if the PR should wait for that. The pipeline build error has something to do with iOS version (as usual) |

Since I have not got any other problems and it seems no one else had the problem (saw no complaints on Telegram), I guess it is good to merge |
