Removes hardcoded colors. It's not needed and causes problems with system theme variant.

Added a new property (--cb=true|false). Only works on 11.0+.

Removed Roots.xaml and instead added Fluent assembly to the trimming root only on 0.10.
Also:
Removed .gitignore on non-sln templates. It doesn't make sense to include it with each project.
Minor adjustments.
