Description

  • Update the min PHP version and WP version to 8.0/6.0 to match the Block Data API
  • Update the PHP unit tests workflow and the respective actions
  • Update packages in package.json to their latest version
  • Run a new build as a result

Note - @wordpress/scripts should not go higher than 27 due to this PR. We need to solve for this before we do that.
