Sharing: improve the display of the official X button

Follow-up to #33134

Proposed changes:

While there is "X" official sharing button, we should still have the nicest display we can have when folks pick that official style.

Testing instructions:

• Go to Jetpack > Settings > Social
• Enable sharing buttons
• Go to Settings > Sharing
• Enable the X sharing button
• Pick the official button style
  • Ensure the button looks good right there in wp-admin
• Save your changes
• View a post on the frontend.
  • Ensure the button looks good there too.

• To test on WoA, go to the Plugins menu on a WordPress.com Simple site. Click on the "Upload" button and follow the upgrade flow to be able to upload, install, and activate the Jetpack Beta plugin. Once the plugin is active, go to Jetpack > Jetpack Beta, select your plugin, and enable the update/twitter-x-sharing-official branch.

• To test on Simple, run the following command on your sandbox:

  bin/jetpack-downloader test jetpack update/twitter-x-sharing-official
