It doesn't work

I click on ProvinceSetUpper.py but nothing happens/what do I use to open it with?

Make sure you have Python framework installed. Especially Python 3.7.0.

The output is weird and garbled

Make sure the .csv file is properly set up, according to the Set-Up step explained in the help.

It crashes when I click on about/About doesn't open.

A CK2 update came out and broke this tool, when will the update be released?

No idea. If I'm not updating it, you're welcome to shot me a message and fork the repo, repair it and do a pull request.
