[release] ChemiStar v1.0.0: [1] Hydrogen - The First Mole

It's been a while since we've released a new library, and now it's time to release another one! ChemiStar allows you to get information from the periodic table JSON file that is embedded within the library itself.

Each release is assigned a substance atomic number, and the last one, 119, will be the last version of this library.
