On Windows, when a shortcut must be created, the shortcut was not generated because of a bug occuring when the name of the shortcut was built.
The new package AntaREST is built with another zip file. The installer must ignore this file from the copy-able file in order to avoid potential bugs.
Add the version name in the shortcut name.
