For Windows download AnomalousMedicalSetup.exe and install it on your computer. You can use this on Mac OS with Parallels or other Windows virtualization software that supports 3d acceleration.

For Android download both the com.anomalousmedical.android.apk file and AnomalousMedical.dat. Install the apk and run it once. Then put AnomalousMedical.dat in the /sdcard/Android/obb/com.anomalousmedical.android folder. Running the program once will create this folder for you.

On Windows if you have issues with the AnomalousMedicalSetup.exe version download the AnomalousMedicalNetCore.zip and extract it somewhere on your system. Running AnomalousNetCore.exe should start the program.
