- Provides new RNA copy quant functionality, with supporting documents
- Modifies total reads source used in absolute quant OGU CPM calculation
- Returns zeroes instead of NaNs for OGU/samples for which cell count cannot be calculated
- Refactors to support future QIIME2 plugin.
…d additional input checking and tests, moved some methods to util for easier sharing
