Decouple both helpers by rendering the element editor partial within the `render_editor` helper.
Do not support to render editor partials with the `render_elements` helper anymore. This feature will most likely only and ever be used by us to render the element editor partials. Since this has been refactored recently, we can remove this from the frontend helper.
One should have specs even for Deprecations...

helpers by rendering the element editor partial within therender_editor
helper instead of making use of the:part = view

From now on we do not support to render editor partials with the
render_elements
