Klarna payments
- The checkout page presents these payment options by default:
- Credit cards (visa, MasterCard)
- BankID
- Klarna
- We could add "external payment options" to this - but then we're responsible for managing the order process, so more complexity for us. Do we want to explore that?
- Is "BankID" the same as Swish? I don't think so. Anyway, I did find this reference for a possible future Swish option(?): https://www.swish.nu/newsroom/news/klarna-bank-connects-to-swish
- After the payment has been acknowledged by us, there is a final step to make sure the payment flows to SHF:
In order to finalize the payment, and initiate the payout to you, you need to capture the order after you have shipped it to the consumer. You can either use our APIs for managing orders, or you can perform this action manually each time in our Merchant Portal.
Do you want to complete the "capture order" (their term for this) in the Merchant Portal, or should we do this in the app?
