Generated project builds and runs on a Pico in debug and release mode. Implements #10.

There were some errors I have now fixed, remember to always run CI before making a PR!.

Also, IIRC the RP2040 has no flash built in so external flash is used, this would mean the memory.x file needs to be filled in similarly to the NRF memory.x when SD is enabled, no? If so, there should be a similar message, and the memory.x template should be set up to be invalid until filled.
