Now that the documentation is generated from source .rst files and processed by Sphinx and doxygen, the original .odt, .docx, and .pdf files are obsolete and out of date. This removes them altogether to avoid confusion. Readthedocs supports generating pdf from the website, so anyone preferring to read a pdf can access one there.
