Describe the bug

Dependent transformers are not running when ingestion tables have updated.

Code and/or configuration snippet that caused the issue

pramen.track.days = 1

Expected behavior

If the job is ran again, and ingestion found retrospective updates, dependent transformers and sinks should run automatically too.

Context

  • Pramen/pramen-py version: 1.9.9
  • Spark version: 2.4.8
  • Scala/Python version: 2.11
  • Operating system: Linux
