Change dependencies and tests of ParticleDetection to support Python 3.11.
Change dependencies, tests and adjust importlib use in RodTracker to support python3.11.
Frame numbers are now extracted correctly when adhering to the following image file naming convention: ..._00000.png There is now an attempt to discard any non-relevant parts of image file names by splitting at "_" characters and using the last remaining element for parsing the frame number.
Adds the capability to 'correct' rods when none are present in the loaded dataset for the current frame. Fixes #73.
Adds dynamic versioning for the Windows & Linux installer generation. Additionally, adds file version info to the windows executable.
Updates the used icon and splash screen.
Updates dependencies for building the documentation. Adds a mocked import to fix broken API documentation.
All versions of python now require the PyPI version of importlib-resources. The new version of PyInstaller required changes in the build-relevant files.
Fixed the ParticleDetection "rev" version for correct torchvision linux installation
