Using the Akebi96

Software

Akebi96 has a stable software stack (Linux v4.4 based kernel) and a development software stack (Linux v4.19 based kernel). You can choose either one to build and install on the board.

Stable Software Stack

• Build and installed stable AOSP from Source
  • Describe how to download, build and install stable version of AOSP on the Akebi96 board.

Development Software Stack

• Build Firmware from Source

  • Describe how to download and build on the Akebi96 board.

• Build AOSP from Source

  • Describe how to download and build AOSP on the Akebi96 board.

• Flash Images via USB flash device

  • Describe how to install firmware and AOSP image on the Akebi96 board using a USB flash device.

• Flash Images via TFTP

  • Describe how to install firmware and AOSP image on the Akebi96 board using TFTP server.
