What it solves
Resolves #2724 it doesn't solve the ticket completely by itself but this change is also necessary to be in prod

Bumps bnc-onboard to use the latest version which contains a patch to infinite Metamask poll when switching networks
Bonus
Bump some other dependencies with non breaking changes
