Overview

Part of #2520.
We'd like the users to know on which chain they're making txns.

Requirements

Display a small network indicator on top of each tx popup.
Affects: Send ERC20s, Send collectibles, contract interaction, Safe app tx flow

N.B.: we skip the warning screen from the Figma prototype.
